Hmmmm…not sure what to say here as I decided to just get in my kitchen and created some magic. I wanted guacamole, but with a little kick and protein. It’s traditional to eat guacamole and salsa, but this healthy guacamole recipe alone took the cake. In true fashion, I had to add my seafoodie twist and add the crab. The jalapeño and Japanese chili peppers definitely set it off because it gave it a little kick of heat. However, if you’re sensitive to heat, omit the jalapeño seeds or just use half.
